You won’t get lots of advice from me to use protein shakes, diet bars, or pre-portioned packaged food. There may be a place for that stuff in the world, but you deserve better. I eat. I love food. I love life. I’m not super skinny or super muscular; I’m fit. And I won’t put you down if you’re not fit. I will never berate you, call you names, or talk down to you. You won’t be forced to do anything you don’t want to do. This is not the military. I’ll give you information; you decide if and how you’ll use it.

You’ll get honest advice about building muscle, losing fat, gaining strength, increasing flexibility, challenging your beliefs about your body, and changing them for the better. You’ll get the gift of loving what you have while discovering what you can be. I’m a mentor and a guide. I won’t be the voice that lives in your head, but I will talk to that voice and challenge it to be kinder and more compassionate so you can find the greatness within yourself.

I’ve spent years searching for what really works, and I want to share that information with you. Now, I don’t know it all. Not even close. But I keep learning every single day. Whether it’s through trial and error (using myself as a guinea pig), using my own creativity, or learning from others, I'm on a quest for you, pursuing information that’s based on facts, not fads. I believe that fun, hard work, great support, and self-governance are keys to a great life. I’m confident that I can help those who want to change no matter what their fitness level is. And if you and I decide I’m not what you need, I won’t waste your time or your money. I’ll refer you to another trainer or program. After all, this is about you getting what you need.

I’m looking forward to meeting you and sharing this journey with you!

About Danielle Osgood

I love being fit. When my body can move freely and respond well with what I demand from it, then I feel in sync. Training is about establishing routines that work for each person. Routines should be concise and effective. I don't believe in spending hours in the gym unless you get paid to do so. I'm also not supportive of lot of cardio, unless you run marathons. There's a lot of misinformation out there with regards to fitness and nutrition. The world will continue to market small claims and lead people astray with it's profiteering. Join me on a journey to better health.

I love anything artistic. Food, music, dancing, painting, tennis. Organizing is another talent. My children are my riches in this life.
